The Xccelerated learning experience is a 10-week program that combines two full-time weeks of hands-on bootcamp training with eight weekly return days. On the return days, your time is split between additional training and guided support for your company project. The structure is very flexible. For example, you can choose two weeks of bootcamp training followed by eight weekly return days, or two times one week of bootcamp followed by three weekly return days.

Each program consists of 18 training days that can be tailor-made to your needs by selecting training topics that best serve your Data & AI ambitions. Participants learn through a combination of theory, assignments and collaborative hackathons. We emphasize principles and best practices over tools, so you learn how to think and solve problems in various scenarios.

How it works

Create your own 10-week program

The Xccelerated learning experience combine two full-time weeks of hands-on bootcamp training with eight weekly return days. Participants learn both theory and practice through a combination of theory, assignments and collaborative hackathons.

Mix training topics from different modules

Customize your 18-day training program to best serve your Data & AI ambitions. Each module consists of four training days. You can choose to cover the basics, or dive deep into a particular topic to optimize your way of working.

Combination of training & project support

The return days consists of half a day additional training and half a day of guided support for your own company projects. We emphasizes principles and best practices over tools to learn how to think and solve problems in a variety of scenarios.

Design the structure of your learning experience

The structure of the program is very flexible. For example, you can choose two weeks of bootcamp training followed by eight weekly return days, or two times one week of bootcamp followed by three weekly return days, depending on your preference.

The foundation level covers new topics for graduates and young professionals with less then one year of work experience in the field of data science or software engineering. Soft skills

In conjunction with our technical programs, Xccelerated also provides soft-skills development through interactive training-days and practice. It features an integrated personal development component on effective communication as a Data & AI professional.

Using DISC personality analysis, each participant gains insight into their personality type and communication style and learns how both might impact team collaborations. The foundations of DISC theory first appeared in 1928, in the book The Emotions of Normal People, written by the Harvard Medical School professor and psychologist, Dr. William Marsten. Since then, DISC analysis has evolved into an accurate and valid psychometric behavioral instrument.
