Each Xccelerator joins with 3–5 years of relevant experience and is selected for both technical depth and professional maturity. From day one, they operate as a contributing member of your team, while continuously sharpening their expertise through advanced technical development.

After one year, they transition into your organization permanently as stronger, more impactful engineers — providing a sustainable way to build and scale your internal Data & Cloud capability.
