Using DISC personality analysis, each participant gains insight into their personality type and communication style and learns how both might impact team collaborations. The foundations of DISC theory first appeared in 1928, in the book The Emotions of Normal People, written by the Harvard Medical School professor and psychologist, Dr. William Marsten. Since then, DISC analysis has evolved into an accurate and valid psychometric behavioral instrument.
